• 7 ink risography. • Signed and numbered. • Limited edition of 100 copies. • A3 size (29.7 x 42 cm). Risography is a printing system amidst screen printing and photocopying. It's printed by layers, through the creation of a master stencil for each color. The paper will pass through the machine as many times as inks in the image. This printing method presents a number of characteristic imperfections, such as register faults, and ink marks from the printing roller, which confer a uniqueness to each print. These can usually be corrected with an eraser. Risography is also known for its respect for the environment, not using fixatives, nor disposable aluminum plates. It consumes little energy due to its cold press, it generates little residue and uses plant based inks.
