RETURN CONDITIONS

You can return your order under certain conditions.

1. The product has to be in it's original condition
2. The articles should be unused & undamaged.
     All original labels should still be attached.
3. Bath products have a non-return policy
4. Returns are only refunded within 14 days.
    

RETURN POLICY

1. Returning your package is at your own costs, unless the return concerns an incorrect or broken/ damaged delivery.

3. Send an email to hello@myexboyfriend.info with the reason of your return + your trackingcode & ordernumber.

4. Refunds will be made - depending on the form of the original payment – Bancontact/ KBC/ ING/ Belfius/ PAY PAL..., within 14 days after receiving your package.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The consumer has the right to inform My Ex Boyfriend of the withdrawal of their order, without payment of a fine and without mentioning a motif within 10 days after the delivery of the order.
